Subs policy

The committee and coaching team have agreed that it is now the club policy that for second and third team matches, no players from another team will be played instead of, or subbed on when players of the respective team are available and fit. For example, when the 2^nd team plays, the coach will not sub on a first team player for a second team player for tactical reasons.

An exception will be made if a second team player has been playing in the first team despite all first team players being available, thus allowing all players to play a match.

City 2 vs. City 3 match

We have agreed the following policy for the City 2 vs. City 3 match:

If we have enough players to field 2 distinct teams, and for some reason we have an issue with 3^rd team players not turning up – then we will play City 1 players down and default the match.  But if we don’t have enough players for 2 distinct teams then City 2 players will play down to fill the gaps in the 3^rd team, and City 1 players will play down to fill the gaps in the 2^nd team.
