First competition of the OKA tour won by Manchester Uni old boys, with Oxford Uni runners-up

Clear(ish) skies meant that the first leg of the 2007 OKA Tour competition wasn't quite like last years mudbath. 15 teams took part, coming from as far as Exeter and Bristol.

The teams were split into three first round pools, with the top two from each pool split into two groups of three for the second round. The winner of each 2nd round group then reached the final.

Teams ranked 3rd to 5th in their pool played off against similarly ranked teams from the other pools to determine the other placings.

1st - Manchester Uni old boys

2nd - Oxford University

Joint 3rd - Bristol and Reading

Joint 5th - MK Bucks and Scratch

7th - Abingdon

8th - West London

9th - Didcot

10th - Oxford City 1

11th Wokingstoke

12th MK City

13th - Oxford City 2

14th - Exeter

15th - Horfield

Thanks to all those who helped to organise and run the tournament, and also to all the teams and refs who made it such an enjoyable day.
